In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace your order in 48-72 hours.

How long is shipping? 

DUE TO COVID-19 Processing time is currently 2-7 business days+ the USPS shipping time after the package had been dropped off. Shipping times may vary, I will be sure to send updates and tracking with your order.

My order says delivered but it is not here, Why?

If this situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information. Radiant Dynasty is assuring your tracing with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders within lots of love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.
